Thank you for visiting and shopping at disiying. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping estimates:
- Processing Time: 1-7 Business Days
- Shipping Time: 15-50 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 16-57 Business Days (Processing + Shipping)
Please note:
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The shipping times listed above are estimates and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-5 business days after the shipment is dispatched.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
disiying is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
- Please check with your local customs office for any potential fees before placing an order.
- If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot issue a refund for the original shipping cost.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. disiying is not responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@disiying.com.
- We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed/shipped.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
disiying is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
However, if your package is confirmed as lost in transit after 60 days from the order date, please contact us at support@disiying.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
