Orders are not normally shipped on the same day they are placed. Processing generally begins from the next business day.

Our regular processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier operations, severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected customer and provide appropriate options where required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these options may include accepting a revised shipment timeframe or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

DISIYING offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on products covered by our applicable Warranty Policy.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, the warranty period begins on the date the original customer receives the product.

The limited warranty generally covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal and intended use during the applicable warranty period.

The limited warranty does not generally cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents;

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs;

• Improper storage;

• Failure to follow product instructions;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality; or

Where separate written terms have been agreed between DISIYING and a business customer, those specific terms will govern the relevant commercial transaction to the extent they conflict with these general Terms.

Consumer-specific return, cancellation, warranty, or other protections described on our retail website may not automatically apply to B2B or wholesale transactions where separate commercial terms have been agreed and applicable law permits different treatment.
